Abstract

OPO was demonstrated in periodically-poled MgO-doped stoichiometric LiTaO3 with 35-mm length and 1-mm thickness. Slope efficiency was ~ 65 % at RT without photorefraction and maximum output power was 655 mW at 1.3 W pumping.
