Diode-array-pumped composite-chip blue solid-state laser

Abstract

A high-power, composite-chip blue laser is demonstrated with an output power of 191.8 mW. The 5-mm-length blue laser is cooled through heat pipe and is directly pumped by a 1-cm diode bar.
