Repetitively Pulsed 400 J, 100 ns KrF Oscillator

Abstract

A repetitively pulsed, double-sided, electron-beam pumped krypton fluoride laser (Electra) has been constructed and operated as an oscillator. 400 Joules with the pulse duration of 100 nanoseconds has been measured.
