Abstract

Utilizing ultra-broad band super-luminescent diodes composed by nonidentical-multiple-quantum-well super-luminescent diodes emitting 1.2-1.6 µm incoherent light, we demonstrated a 1.5µm-resolution optical coherence tomography system.
