Abstract

Temperature dependence of coercive field was investigated in MgO-doped LiNbO3 and the field was found to be reduced to 1.2kV/mm at 250°C. Periodical structures with 30µm period was fabricated in 3mm-thick MgO-doped LiNbO3.
