Abstract
Confocal microscopy samples small volumes of tissue to produce images with microscopic resolution at depths up to several hundred micrometers within tissue, and therefore is suitable for in- vivo imaging.1,2 Many efforts have been made to develop an endoscopic confocal imaging system utilizing fiber optics.3−6
