Abstract
High-order harmonic generation in gases provides a unique source of high brightness, coherent extreme ultraviolet radiation.1,2 Recent progress in ultrashort-pulse laser technology has led to the generation of sub-10-fs laser pulses with hundreds of microjoules energy.
