Abstract

Laser-induced forward transfer (LIFT) is a technique for fabricating micron-sized thin film,1 and can be applied to the mending or writing an electrical circuit or the fabrication of micro machine etc. The process of LIFT has not been well understood, so it has been optimized by a trial and error method.
