Abstract

We report on the use of a multi-kilohertz intra-cavity electro-optic switch to both efficiently cavity-dump a femtosecond Ti:Sapphire oscillator1 and perform the switching for a high-repetition-rate Ti:rsapphire regenerative amplifier.
