Abstract

The nonlinear optical properties of highly excited InGaN/GaN multiple quantum well (MQW) blue laser structures have been studied using nondegenerate optical pump-probe spectroscopy, energy selective optically pumped stimulated emission (SE) spectroscopy, and variable stripe gain spectroscopy.
