Abstract

Highly nondegenerate four-wave mixing (ND-FWM) is an important optical parametric process attracting increased current interest for applications; fire all-optical wavelength conversion in wavelength-division-multiplexed systems1 and midspan spectral inversion in long-haul optical fiber cables.2
