Abstract
Experimentally observed ultrafast photoresponse in high-Tc. superconducting YBa2Cu3O7−π (YBCO) thin films has been attributed to nonequilibrium electron heating (near the critical temperature Tc) and superconducting kinetic inductance (far below Tc).
