Abstract

Distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) lasers in the InGaAs/GaAs/AlGaAs material system are attractive sources for many applications including LIDAR systems, wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) local area networks, and CThM2 pump sources for amplifiers and solid-state lasers
