Abstract

Recently1 we proposed a new, longitudinal, configuration of non-steady-state photo-EMF signal detection. Unlike the standard, transverse configuration2 (Fig, la) the output electrical signal is taken from the transparent electrodes put on the front and back surfaces of the photoconductive sample (Fig, lb)
