Abstract
To study biological objects such as unicellular algae, erythrocytes, bacteria etc. light scattering methods are widely used. Doppler spectroscopy has been used most extensively in recent years. These methods are, however, not always efficient when applied to slow processes and for determining structure characteristics of a medium.
