Abstract

The basic metrological element of the energy unit standard is the measuring converter of laser radiation. The choice of such a type of measuring converter and next its construction depends on: high threshold of damage of the receiving surface (5 × 107 ÷ 108 W/cm2), small value of non-uniformity of sensibility of the receiving surface, non-selectivity of the receiving surface within the range of wavelengths 0.3 ÷ 1.2 μm, its sensibility and stability of a conversion efficiency in the dynamic range.
