Abstract
KNbO3 has large nonlinear optical susceptibilities, is room-temperature phasematchable between 860 nm and 980 nm by angle tuning, and has a high threshold to optical damage, KNbO3 thus is one of the most promising materials to generate light in the blue and green spectral range.1,2
