Abstract
Four-wave mixing (FWM) in some nonlinear media still remains the only method of wavefront phase conjugation (EC) for radiation of CO2 lasers The hope of doing without an additional generator of pumping waves for FWM has led to the development of self- pumped PC mirrors.1,2 The resonator proposed in this paper includes a self-pumped PC mirror and an angular beam divider which separates scattered components in the radiation angular spectrum from the near diffraction-limited ones. The optical scheme of the resonator is shown in Fig. 1. The beam angular divider is formed by plane mirror 7 with a center hole. The mirror is set at the focal plane of lens 6 where the curvature center of spherical concave mirror 8 is located as well.
