Abstract
We have constructed an OPO with KNbO3 operating from 790 to 940 nm which generates continuously tunable cw single frequency signal and idler beams. As in the case of our work on second harmonic generation,1 we have found the OPO performance to be limited by a process of blue light induced IR absorption (BLIIRA).2
