Abstract

The copper vapor laser (CVL) is a high average power, high-repetition-rate (~4 kHz) pulse laser at 510.6 and 578.2 nm. The second harmonic of the CVI. beam at 255.3 nm will be a high average, high-repetition-rate ultraviolet light.
