Fluorescence dynamics and direct two-photon absorption of Tb3+ ion in TbP5O14 noncrystalline

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Tb3+ ion is one of the important rare earth ions which have been used to produce stimulated emission at the green wavelength. Due to its special property of fluorescence dynamics, especially its better physical property compared with the crystalline, the TbP5O14 noncrystalline is a rather promising material to make a small-sized laser at the green wavelength.
