Abstract

This paper examines the development and the characteristics of an optronic module comprising an array of thirty-two individually addressable laser diodes and an array of thirty-two photodiodes (PD) for each laser diode (LD), a thermoelectric cooler, and a heatsensor for stabilizing the LD and PD temperatures.
