Abstract

Nonlinear organic polymeric materials offer many advantages over organic single crystals of easy preparation of waveguide devices, mechanical strength, and low propagation loss. We observed Cerenkov-type phase-matched second- harmonic generation of Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm) in corona-poled polymer film waveguide.
