Abstract
Analysis and experiments have shown that aberrations in a harmonic conversion crystal, such as those thermally induced or due to surface figure, can be corrected through phase conjugation. The aberration correction occurs simultaneously with harmonic conversion so that part of the aberrations are read at the fundamental wavelength and are corrected at the harmonic.
