Abstract

Optical measurement methods have a large impact in areas of measurement technique where a noncontact measurement is a necessity for obtaining high accuracy or where harsh environments complicate the measurements. Especially in environments where high voltages occur as well as for security reasons, optical measurement techniques that cause no interference are well suited.
