Diffraction-efficient and damage-resistant acoustooptic deflector in LiNbO3 waveguide

Abstract

This paper describes the acoustooptic (AO) deflector in a LiNbO3 waveguide having both low susceptibility to optical damage and high diffraction efficiency. Such properties are required in various AO devices.
