High-efficiency discharge-pumped excimer lasers

Abstract

Techniques for improving the energy transfer efficiency to discharge-pumped lasers will be presented with a comprehensive model used in scaling and design of laser systems. Applications to KrF, XeCl, and pulsed CO2 lasers will be discussed.
