Monitoring of vascular degeneration in a rat retina model by OCT angiography

Abstract

In this study, optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) was used to observe and quantify the progress of retinal degeneration in Royal College of Surgeons (RCS) rats. Vascular continually degenerates from 5-week-old RCS rats.
