An efficient brain mapping pipeline with enhanced multi-channel image registration

Abstract

We present a multi-channel image registration algorithm, which can automatically map different types of mouse brain datasets to common coordinate framework with improved accuracy. It efficiently creates 3D brain maps with anatomical regions precisely annotated.
