Abstract

Swept confocally-aligned planar excitation (SCAPE) microscopy enables high-speed 3D imaging of intact and freely moving samples. We demonstrate SCAPE’s ability to image the nervous system across various spatiotemporal scales from the mouse cortex to zebrafish spine.
