fNIRS Software Development for Basic and Simple Research

Abstract

A Matlab based fNIRS visualization and processing GUI was developed in order to increase the researcher’s ability to analyze the patient studies. Developed tools include: multiple window visualization, regressions, motion artifact detection and database engine.
