Fiber Bundle in-vivo Epifluorescence Microscopy with Image Reconstruction

Abstract

We present a method for recording calcium fluorescence in live mice using a fiber bundle. To overcome the low spatial resolution of the fiber we suggest a method for up sampling images by compressive sensing.
