Direct Soft Prior Regularization in NIR Spectral Tomography from MRI-contrast and Distance-constraints, for Segmentation-free Reconstruction

Abstract

Results of simulation and patient image reconstructions showed that a distance-constrained direct regularization can improve MRI guided near-infrared breast image quality in terms of less artifacts and higher HbT contrast of the tumor to normal tissue.
