Abstract
Multiple cell types contribute to neurodegeneration. Multiphoton microscopy and femtosecond laser ablation enable imaging and lesioning at the cellular scale in vivo. Using more fluorophores enables the dynamics of complex cell-cell interactions to be investigated.
