Origin of Microglia in Brain: A Study in Zebrafish Model

Abstract

We developed an infrared laser-evoked gene operator microscope heating system to achieve high temporal-spatial resolution cell labeling in zebrafish. Using the unique gene induction technique, we identified two distinct origins of microglia in zebrafish brain.
