Point-source Maps: Relations between Mesoscopic Imaging of Mouse Cortex and Neuronal Spiking

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We describe multiple recombinant sensors for imaging mouse cortical resting state activity. Single unit recording was used to examine relations between local firing (within cortex or sub-cortical areas) and cortical maps. Article not available.
