Applications of spectrofluorimetry for evaluation of exogenous compound deposition on skin

Abstract

A novel non-invasive spectrofluorimetric method has been developed for quantitative assessment of exogenous compound deposition on skin. A model based on diffusion approximation theory is utilized to correct fluorescence measurements.
