Acousto-optic imaging of tumors and optimisation for coupling to echography

Abstract

We demonstrate the ability of an acousto-optic method to reveal tumors inside in-vitro samples. We are improving this technique to couple it with an echograph, so as to obtain acoustic and acousto-optic images at the same time.
