Neonatal cerebral oxygenation measurements and the effects of curvature on frequency domain multiple distance near infrared spectroscopy

Abstract

Flexible probes for neonatal cerebral oxygenation measurements were developed. The use of the probes on surfaces of varying curvature is discussed. The use of the probes to monitor sick and healthy newborn infants is discussed.
