Abstract

We present concentration prediction results from application of PLS to Raman spectra from whole blood samples doped with silicone over the range from 10 mg/gm to 10 μg/gm. Good prediction accuracy is obtained for both calibration data and validation down to silicone concentrations of 100 μg/gm.
