Abstract

An RF phase sensitive camera is used to acquire frequency domain photon migration images of the fluorescent contrast agent indocyanine green (ICG) in diseased canine mammary tissue both in vivo and ex vivo. Using this system, images of 100 MHz modulation amplitude and phase are obtained for 128×128 pixels.
