Identification of Cell Death by Quantitative Phase Imaging

Abstract

Features about the cellular morphology and phase are extracted. Changes in each of the features are fitted by a sigmoid function. Principal component analysis results showed clear separations among normal, mitotic, apoptotic, and necrotic cells.
