Spectroscopic optical coherence tomography for early detection of colorectal cancer in a mouse model

Abstract

We apply spectroscopic optical coherence tomography to assessing the disease state of tissue in mouse models of colorectal cancer. Distinct spectroscopic profiles are used to classify tumors vs. benign tissue ex vivo.
