A Second-generation SCAPE Microscopy System for High-speed 3D Imaging of Living Things

Abstract

Swept confocally aligned planar excitation (SCAPE) microscopy is a new technique for 3D high-speed imaging. Our latest SCAPE prototypes have significantly extended the capabilities of our original design. Our latest results will be presented.
