Adaptive lenses for axial scanning in HiLo microscopy

Abstract

We propose a HiLo microscope that employs adaptive lens based axial scanning for volumetric measurements. Its application for fluorescence measurements of transgenic zebrafish is presented and adaptive lenses with tunable asphericity are introduced.
