Anisotropy Imaging of Supported Lipid Bilayers via Spectroscopic Imaging Ellipsometry

Abstract

Anisotropy imaging over a microscopic field of view with spectroscopic imaging ellipsometry has been evaluated theoretically and experimentally through the design and implementation of a new optical set-up. The impact of experimental noise is discussed.
