In Vivo Femtosecond Ablation and Imaging in Bone with a High Repetition Rate Source

Abstract

This work establishes a dual-purpose multi-color femtosecond fiber laser for in vivo imaging and ablation to study bone regeneration, image deep objects, and knock out targeted cells. Results will enable future insights in skeletal biology.
