Abstract

A line-scan confocal ophthalmoscope was constructed to achieve intrinsic optical signal (IOS) imaging with cellular and millisecond resolution. In vivo confocal IOS mapping of localized (30 µm) retinal dysfunction was demonstrated in laser-injured frog eyes.
