Parallel Multi-Color Fluorescence Lifetime Tomography in Deep Tissue

Abstract

We present a deep tissue multi-color fluorescence lifetime imaging method based on scanning laser optical tomography and Fourier fluorescence lifetime excitation-emission matrix spectroscopy. We demonstrate FRET sensor measurements in live transgenic zebrafish embryo.
