In vivo time-lapse multiphoton microscopy of tumor stroma alteration

Abstract

Combining the techniques of multiphoton microscopy and mouse dorsal skinfold chamber tumor model, we demonstrated that the dynamic changes of tumor stroma could be in vivo continuously monitored using intrinsic optical signals from biological tissue.
